@makingmilliestones: Did you guess our ages correctly? If you did the math, I was 32 when I had Millie (well almost 32, just a couple months before my 32nd birthday). It’s true that the chances of having a baby with Down Syndrome increase as you get older, but did you know that 80% of babies with Down Syndrome are born to mothers under 35!? (that’s simply because more young mothers overall have babies). If you have a child with DS, how old were you when he or she was born??
