Seems like he was playing games when he didn’t mention the ccw permit when initially asked. But at least he educated the police on the fishing statutes.

No such thing as a “pistol permit.” Only a Conceal carry permit, so without knowing the guy was concealed his question was invalid anyway… not only that but depending on when this video was taken, you don’t need a permit to conceal in Florida
