My cardiologist told me to go get a large fry from McDonald’s because I needed more sodium my blood pressure is too low I mean he did give me meds too but he absolutely told me to go to McDonalds lol

When I stand, I get dizzy and very light headed. My blood pressure drops and heart rate increases. My dr had me wear a heart monitor and he said it didn’t show anything. He doesn’t want to do anymore testing. But it keeps happening where I almost faint.
