just incase any1 needs this...I never know how to connect with people and it always feels like everywhere I go people are judging me or have something to say about me. They can sense that I have something about me which pulls people away from me, and I know it's partly in my head.😫 i have learnt what people In the real world are like since ive tried to socialise more, but You've got to keep moving & showing up for yourself even when it feels impossible.
