planning meals to be excited about really helps me. I actually just log my dinner first thing in the morning so I can plan all my other meals around dinner AND get to be excited about dinner all day.

yess! My favourite is some raw veggies, toasted bread and brie after a long day. I even get excited for it and it makes my day better
