Have you tried instant potting eggs? 5 mins HP, 5 mins Natural, quick release and ice bath for 5 mins, peel so easy everytime.

I like to do pickled eggs with my eggs I need to use up. They’re good for SOO long in the fridge. I particularly like to add some extra stuff to the leftover juice from Sam’s club petite dill pickles. I can fit a whole dozen in the jar!

Another idea for the eggs to use them up, is beat them, add to a muffin tin with veggies, and cheese, and now you have an easy breakfast.I store some in the fridge and freezer.
