Royal Mail are shocking at delivering parcels of me atm they don’t call up to the flat or anything but I alway get notified to say “delivery attempt failed”

We had this with Amazon with my sisters bed, NOBODY knocked on the door at all and didn’t get notifications they were close! Now my sister hasn’t got her bed as they sent it back but they didn’t bother to knock etc 😭
