@helenshouseofhealing: One thing that has helped my period pain A LOT is moxa. It’s used all the time in Chinese medicine, but I only recently learned more about the actual herb it’s made from called Ai Ye (mugwort). In Chinese medicine it’s known for warming the womb, stopping pain, supporting infertility and helping with menstrual issues which is literally exactly what I’m using it for.
