OMEMO isnt a good encryption protocol and all popular Xmpp clients use an outdated OMEMO library version thats vulnerable to decryption. Xmpp sadly doesnt have forward secrecy either too. The only truly good encryption standard for messaging is signal, do as you will with that information though
