Yes she’s not lying I too lost 50 percent of my hair due to shedding this and Mary Ruth as reduced it drastically I use to cry because my doctors said my labs were normal but I was going bald I shaved it off twice

I’ve been taking this for 5mths now and the shedding/breakage is so minimal now. Highly recommend. Even my hairstylist is like what do you take because your hair is growing fast and thick again.

I can’t buy anything till I see my doctor to see if my iron is figuring itself out or if I need to do more stupid testing because my iron is “really low” and I have to take iron twice a day ugh
