When I was a kid ✨ in the 90s ✨ Dairy Queen was a treat I got once, if I was super lucky twice, a year. I almost always asked for the banana split, but sometimes I'd get a dip cone. We were super poor, so it wasn't something we could do whenever we wanted. It usually meant we were going shopping for my school shoes. The location doesn't exist anymore... Heck I don't even think the building exists anymore!
