Tibet was not a perfect society, no country is! Agreed? It had inequality, rigid hierarchies, and limited modernization. Acknowledging that is important. But pointing out these flaws does not justify the actions of the CCP. By that logic, few, if any, nations in history would be immune from foreign domination. The core issue is not whether Tibet was perfect, but whether its people had the right to determine their own political future. Principles of self-determination and sovereignty are foundational in international norms, and they apply regardless of a country’s level of development or internal challenges. Thank you 🙏
