The “tone” column is so subjective. My husband could reply to his ex “hey, unfortunately, I can’t accommodate X due to Y. I’m sorry.” And since he declined, she would consider it a hostile tone.

I tried doing this and it destroyed me mentally and emotionally. Having to track everything and nothing was ever done to protect my kids- broke me. 😕 I hope you have better luck with this - for the sake of your sanity.

This is awesome actually. Don’t listen to the negative comments. If they make an accusation about not getting visits etc you can use it to remind yourself of every interaction. I’m not sure a judge would look at it, but if asked specifics you have documentation.
