Always put ur oldest in first. He can hang out around his seat until his turn to be strapped. Put him in the car & let him walk to his seat. Then place your newborn in and then your middle. Or if your middle is stable enough, let both boys walk into the car. Strap baby in. Close the door then go around and help the other boys who will already be in the car just waiting on you.

Pro tip: before putting the baby in let the boys get into the car! Then put the baby in and then buckle the boys! Just so you know they’re safe first!!

Did he pressure wash the whole car seat? If so you need to contact your manufacturer, they may need to be replaced because you cannot soak the whole seat. -CPST

Not sure if anyone else has commented this… but what are the weight/height of your oldest? I know the rotating Nuna has really low limits.. is he able to use the rotating seat still? You could get a non rotating seat for him and be able to put the 2 oldest in the back!
