been rebuilding engine for 37 years and I recommend waiting at least 4-5 minutes. engine oil needs to be at least 80 degrees for it to be thermally efficient. especially in vehicles with VVT and MDS

I've been doing 10 minutes on my 2006 vw jetta model. I've never changed any engine components. 2006 to 2026= 20 years of running smoothly, at 490k mileage still sailing smoothly 🛣️🚗
