Our first baby would take a bottle, pacifier, and sleep on her own easy peasy.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ This time, I’ve done 90% of my workouts babywearing with lots of breaks for breastfeeding. Bassinet naps are hit or miss, so when he went down – I knew this was my chance.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I follow the ANDA app for full body 3x per week, 30-40 minutes each and stay active on the days in between.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The goal with these sessions is to feel the difficulty WITHOUT draining your energy or feeling super sore the rest of the week.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ #workoutroutine #postpartum #postpartumfitness #homeworkout #toddlermom
