@ampollo: 30 minutes? LET’S GET MOVIN ✨💃 This postpartum has been so different. Our first baby would take a bottle, pacifier, and sleep on her own easy peasy. This time, I’ve done 90% of my workouts babywearing with lots of breaks for breastfeeding. Bassinet naps are hit or miss, so when he went down – I knew this was my chance. I follow the ANDA app for full body 3x per week, 30-40 minutes each and stay active on the days in between.
