30 year gm tech here, and yeah, those things had lots of issues, once you pull upper intake you can see alot more, those spider assemblies started as that name, but the final name(due to constant redesign, and look)became called "tarantula" assembly in the end.

Idk why gm didn’t just use normal multi port fuel injection on these, like they did on the vortec 454’s… such a stupid design

fuel pressure regulator bad . have to change the spider injection assembly that comes with it. or just replace regulator under two piece top intake.

Mine had the same issue I had to done fuel pump filter n fuel injector had to replace distributor

You can push thoses pins back down into the connecter, pull them out ant try to clean the weather packs then lube them and slide them back in. You can probably remove them if they're that bad, the truck will be in the scrap yard before the wires get corroded.
