@lygaiva: Whenever I mention my bodyweight on the internet, some people immediately try to use that number to discredit my strength, my knowledge, or my work. As if the number on the scale somehow erases the years of training, coaching, and learning behind it. It’s interesting how quickly a number becomes the only thing some people can focus on. Ladies, remember this: When someone reduces you to a number, it usually means they don’t have the knowledge to discuss anything deeper. If someone ignores your work, your discipline, and your results just to talk about your body… that’s not expertise. That’s small thinking.
