When you walk away you’re considered weird or crazy because you pickup on these things that they do indirectly; like “how could you see through my actions, I was so discreet” discernment reveals what they think is private 🤍 that person that initiated the rumor or sabotage dictates how that person shooting the glances behaves. If you take away their power, everyone gets defensive and finds a reason to make you out to be what they wanted to paint you to be. You aren’t defined by their insecurity, REMAIN YOU👏

I never walk into work with my team happy to see me… ever. I am a new manager…. And once I got that title no one said congrats or anything. I carry most of the work load and always try to lead by taking on crazy large tasks… idk
