Vedic Sidereal astrology gives you the genuine specifics and like karmic trajectory it’s quite humbling Ngl especially if you haven’t dissolved your ego, there’s a lot to learn it takes time but I find it to be much much better than tropical astrology for genuine specifics of how something will happen. Tropical is more for internal psychological experience as opposed to an actual Karmic cycle. They can both be used together but tropical astrology as a predictive tool I find to be a bit too soft for my liking, I want the raw truth.

Our birthchart is our permanent home address, a map surrounding a point in space and time that is always ours, it can't be changed or destroyed and can always be examined for interpretation, advice, possibilities, and deeper insight into ourselves. Astrology is an art and a gift to humanity.

I read this as a different name - not Einstein - and was VERY concerned for a minute before I reread the correct name 😅😂 I was like “oh no which websites did I put my birth chart info into 🤨” before I realized 😂

For context I have an MS in mental health and counseling psychology. About 6 years ago I began studying astrology. Best decision I ever made. It truly is a language you learn to speak🪐

The “you were born into a coordinate in spacetime that can never exist again” bit hit me hard 🫠🫠🫠

I read charts. It's amazingly healing to really understand yourself, family, friends, familial patterns, society and the world around us. It's DEFINITELY NOT sun sign astrology that is often depicted in pop culture. 👌

Absolutely. Astrology as a personality assessment misses what it’s supposed to be. The transits are more interesting; it’s a map of a journey and potential paths, not a box of personality traits you’re stuck with. You still get to develop into who you want to be, astrology just provides insight into direction and patterns

Do you think if two babies are born at the same hospital minutes from each other the two people would be similar based off of entering the universe at a very similar time / space?

The layers in astrology are so fascinating: degrees, planets, aspects, houses, stelliums, shapes—everything is relevant and means something! It feels like human coding

This is actually so interesting because Claudius Ptolemy was debating this same idea centuries ago… trying to figure out whether conception or birth is the “true” moment. In the Tetrabiblos he’s literally working through the philosophy of how to record that moment, and ultimately lands on birth because it’s the first clearly observable point in time and location. What’s fascinating is he was also considered a master geographer, which is part of what gave him the authority to even think in terms of mapping location so precisely. So even without modern physics or Albert Einstein’s language of spacetime, he was still wrestling with the same underlying idea. I love when ancient thought and modern concepts overlap like this… it really shows we’ve always been trying to make meaning of consciousness and our place within it.

But what about this idea that our version of astrology is off because there are actually 13 lunar months and we’re missing a sign? I’m so curious what folks have to say about that.
