I like how they owned up to the problem and immediately got to work, no big corporate apology saying they didnt use it as intended or them just ignoring the problem completely. congratulations hyundai!!

Simply the software should detect weight on the seat and not allow folding. Not sure why the system didnt work that way or how it happened
