Also, you can steep the oat straw for longer to have a stronger brew!! Like overnight! I do that when I REALLY need it to be stronger. 🥰

Bloom your saffron with ice, you’ll love it 😍 I bloom mine overnight, few ice cubes with some saffron…when the ice melts the flavour and colour POP 😍 I store the concoction in the fridge and add it to my drinks, teas, and food 😍 I also freeze rosewater and bloom saffron with the rosewater ice cube for my desserts and rice 😍

There’s saffron in the Chinese markets … or Hispanic grocery store for a lower price. Yes, it’s a bit more expensive than all the other spices but you can find some
