This is great news for you. I also have stage four non-small cell lung cancer with the ALK+ mutation. I’ve been on a target therapy since October. I was diagnosed the end of 2025. I am so happy you figured out your mutation and you do not have to do chemo and I will be praying for you.

Although I’m disappointed that the first 2 lines didn’t work, I’m also so happy and amazed that they have something like targeted therapy you’re able to do, and it’s much easier on you than straight chemo!! It’s literally so crazy to me technologies and medications they have available today!!! And as time goes on it’s just gonna get better and better for you and so many others!! ❤️

I have been on sotorasib for over 2 years now for stage 4 lung cancer. It still working and I have no side effects.
