@ammyecarter: Replying to @adriana_campos12 what I’m doing personally is a detox. U are supposed to eat the #cabbagesoup for 7 days 3 times a day. However, I am also eating high protein with because this will only help me lose water weight and I don’t want to lose muscle since I will be working out too. I will also be cutting out processed sugars as much as possible and drinking teas. It’s suggested to only weigh yourself once a week as fat does not fall off immediately and you are most likely losing water weight. Also the body naturally fluctuates 1-3lbs everyday so don’t get unmotivated if the scale increases sometimes. Consistency and calorie deficit is the only way to fat loss, add some cardio in and you’ll lose very quickly I lost about 20lbs in 3 months just doing cardio and a 1400cal deficit
