I think the issue is that you come across a bit unnatural and slightly fake. You’re an amazing singer and probably an amazing person, but when it feels like you’re putting on a persona that isn’t truly you, it can push people away. You’ll stand out much more if you just be yourself. Drop the mannerisms and tone down the drama your real self is enough.
