what you want to do is find a foundation that matches you and apply that to the perimeter or where you see your hair peeking through- that being said, you gotta cut that cap a bit more, it should be a few centimeters from the hairline but NOT ON the hairline! this gives you more room to work with later on when you’re applying the wig itself with the adhesive. good luck friend!

Make sure you put foundation and powder on the wig cap to match your skin! It helps a lot for blending

put the glue right along that harsh cap edge two thin layers bout half an inch wide combining your skin and the cap . it will give it a seamless edge

Contrary to what others may say cut the lace as close as possible, and you can wear a wig cap but the very hairline of the wig should lay on your skin alone with nothing in between. Are you also using an edge band to press it down?

I would pull it down a tad more tbh, it’s just thin in that area so your dark hair is more visible. Otherwise you will need to get a skin colored cap, glue around your hairline and trim excess.

so with darker hair hd caps tend to show through so get the normal ones also can put your foundation on the cap to try and make it blend out better
