@feastkings: If you want to experience one of the most iconic New Mexican restaurants in the state, @Sadie's of New Mexico is the place especially if you want some epic beef dishes @New Mexico Beef Council. This Albuquerque staple is famous for huge portions, bold chile flavor, and a menu packed with incredible beef dishes. In one meal we had beef nachos, beef enchiladas, a cheeseburger, queso with ground beef, a brisket taco, and a beef burrito — and every single one delivered. The enchiladas are rich and comforting, the brisket taco is loaded with flavor, and the queso with beef is the kind of dish you can’t stop scooping. Sadie’s has been serving New Mexican classics for decades, and you can taste the tradition in every bite. It’s the perfect example of how great local beef and legendary chile come together to define this cuisine. We continued to be speechless by how good the food and beef is in New Mexico! #foodtiktok #food #fyp #foryourpage #Foodie
