Drivers get sent to a small waiting area where everyone just stands around while the staff tries to keep up with a flood of orders. Most of the time there are far more tickets than they can handle, so the room fills up with drivers waiting… and waiting. The tough part is the math. You can end up standing there a long time just to complete a delivery that pays a few dollars.
