you did the right thing ma'am by calling the police. but don't scoot down to her level leave her alone don't bother her or say anything to her. and if she does come to your door have your phone on video and record it and any text messages screenshot them .and save them put them in your email box. even the ones you got now save them into your email because it does go to court you have the backup. she can delete the message that she sent to you and you'll never be able to recover it so screenshot them and send it to your email. and for my mom to a mom don't risk putting your hands on her cuz you'll lose your kids and you seem to be a really cool mom what a good head on your shoulders. I am so sorry that happened to you anything could have gone really wrong.

This was an unfortunate situation, but arresting, and charging her will only make everything worse for all involved.
