how I went from feeling “bloated” 24/7 to waking up feeling lean (in no specific order) - Drank more water: (3L a day) helps reduce water retention, supports digestion, helps your body flush out excess sodium + toxins, helps manage fibre intake (I always have my water bottle on me) - Stopped rushing: I was always rushing through basic activities like brushing my teeth, in fight or flight mode 24/7. This can cause digestive issues, bloating/ cramping when the body isn’t able to relax - Walked more: 8k steps minimum/ day especially in the morning even if it was only 15 mins - Limited drinking energy drinks & artificial sweeteners everyday: my body was highly inflamed from everything else, I was only adding to the potion - Ate more whole foods & tracked my food - Ate more health fats (essential for hormones as women, energy, cognitive function, and the body’s ability to absorb fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E & K) Disclaimer: lighting plays a big role in looking defined / lean
