This is exactly how I quit smoking(along with prayer) and I kept a card in my pocket listing the top five reasons why I wanted to be a non-smoker; and then every time I ever wanted a cigarette, I would go outside and take three deep breaths of FRESH air; every time I realized smoking relaxed me because I was taking deep breaths 😂

What brand? I tried this a few months ago and the “quit smoking” brand did nothing. And the Walgreens brand do ok. (I have never been a smoker or used nicotine)

I don’t know why they make it so expensive to stop smoking. It’ll be a whole lot easier if they’re a little bit cheaper.

I really hope it works for you. It did for me. I had an awful, extremely itchy mystery rash that covered most of my chest, neck & face for nearly three solid years. I went to tons of doctors & specialists that threw every cream & pill imaginable at me, with no success of clearing it up.
