that's not duct tape. it's speed tape and it's safely rated for high speeds...ffs. every airline does this. it's normal to do and they do it mainly.for aerodynamics from a non-structural component.

SMH!! If I had $5 for every time someone said oh it’s duct tape..I would be very very rich. That’s FAA approved and certified aluminum tape that can hold up to way higher forces than the stuff you buy at the store..also costs like 3 times as much. The plane is perfectly fine. SMHFML
