Couple of tips. Use a smaller cup for aluminum, and aluminum is also a lot more forgiving the you think. Turn the amps down to 80, and you can move a little slower and add less filler

You need a much smaller cup. Aluminum doesn’t need as much coverage as stainless. Also, use the pulse settings. It’ll take a bit to dial it in, but your welds will thank you for it.

Aluminium is pretty easy after all. When you start welding wait a little and when you see small puddle start going forward slowly and always tap the filler quickly on to the puddle. It’s pretty easy but make sure that it comes through so it lasts vibration.
