my sister had braces at 15 and never wore or wears a retainer. she is 57 now and her teeth didn't move.

im about to start invisilign. The orthodontist has told me retainers will need to be worn 22hrs per day for several months following treatment while the gums and bone finish building up. Then just at night.

I havent worn mine in 10 years. It never went back to what it was. It moved maybe 20% max. I’m so happy I never wore them again. Apparently Invisalign has microplastics that you swallow daily. Why didn’t you mention this on video?! No thanks! Never again.
