to those who are saying nurses and doctors need a break too ,most clinics open around 8am ,so u guys are saying 3 hours around 11am they are so tired n hungry n need a break🤯 guys noo some patients arrive at the clinic around 5am stand in the que....then nurse will arrive around 8am n thy don't start working immediately...most start working around 9am or 9:30am💔

That clinic is overcrowded honestly and they're trying their best. I go there alot and its just way too packed and those Healthcare workers are honestly overworked . its not personal or tribal . Don't come for me I am an orphan🥺🥺

Just put systems in place. We can't all go on lunch and stop services. Some can work, some can go for break . They can rotate. Clinics are suppose to operate like that..

The community needs to understand how the institutions operate, from what she’s saying i think the delay is with the administration side. Nurses and doctors cannot see a patient without a file. And nurses work 40 hours per week, depending on the institution ukuthi how they work out the 40 hours. In this case if the clinic operates 7/16 then they have 7/16*4 and then 7/11. Not everyone takes the 7/11 in one day judging by the 2 nurses leaving the institute it means each day there’s 2 nurses who will knock off at 11.

Mina to be honest I'm not a person who normally goes to the clinic because I don't like waiting, But I've been in Hilbrow Clinic few times I've never experienced any of long waiting and mistreatment for me they've been good.
