The straps are going to break, it's just a matter of when. The quality is honestly disappointing. I own both the full-size and the mini, and neither was used heavily. The full-size only carried a laptop and notebook, and the mini, which my son used, only held a plushie and a Nintendo Switch. Despite such light use, the straps broke on both bags. I can't recommend them based on my experience. And since it was a month outside of the 6 month window for the larger backpack customer service was no help. I didn't even contact them about the mini.
