It’s actually crazy when you really see what’s happening inside your body 😅 like your body is doing SO much behind the scenes those first few days… shedding, resetting, hormones shifting… no wonder we feel drained, bloated, and off. I remember going through cycles where I felt completely wiped out and not like myself at all. It got frustrating. Nothing I tried helped long term and I felt stuck.
