I did it for 6 months. corporate job. nobody had a clue. had a gym membership so I could "workout" every morning before work and get a shower. It was awful. the most dreaded time of my day was getting off of work and deciding where I would park for the night. its horrible getting off of work with nowhere to go. please, please just be kind.

I learned one of my coworkers was homeless. I offered to come let her shower and get ready in the morning and she offered to take me to work after because I didn’t have a car. (Took about 4 months, but we got her into permanent housing and myself and other coworkers furnished the whole thing)

I just found out my cousin was living in her car at 62 years old. I went and found her she was lying in here cold car with snow coming down. I told her to come live with me I have room. I was crying 😢 she has 4 brothers I called them and told them shame on you. She never hsd kids. So sad 🥰🥰

I did it before 2019-2021. In a Walmart Parking Garage . At the time the Walmart was 24 hours , so nobody ever questioned why my car was there. Looking back I don’t how I got through that , but I thank God that I was able to ✨

very important. i found out a coworker hadn’t eaten in a few days. he now comes over to eat before our shifts together. i don’t have a car so he drives me. such mutual kindness can exist 💗

This is why I support Instacart even though it is a lil expensive. I know ppl are doing some of everything to survive and I always tip well . My last shopper was literally living out her car 🚙 and working out her car delivering for Instacart 😔
