People want a magic pill for weight loss. But the harsh truth? Weight loss takes effort. Everyone is searching for that Amazon supplement, that trick, that way to be skinny without doing anything… but it doesn’t work like that. You will have to put in the work. Weight loss = calorie deficit. You will have to eat better foods. You will have to make better choices. And no, it’s not always easy. Because if it was easy, everyone would already be skinny. But I do believe you can make it easier. There are ways to reduce the suffering. That’s exactly what I teach in my program. You eat big, even huge portions, so you stay full, and the only thing left to manage is your cravings. And once you control that, you’ve already done most of the work.
