So I put time aside to intentionally work on the technique. I almost crushed my toe, nearly dropped my bike, I hurt my back and I almost gave up - but that’s right when I nailed it. 💪🏼

You can kinda use the front wheel to bare the weight just turn the bar in the direction you want a full lock

turn steering[right] and turn[left,anticlockwise] while holding handlebars ... its easier , way easier. don't hold it at back..

Hold onto left hand side of handlebar that way you’re supporting weight of bike and front wheel will roll as you pull bike towards you raising rear wheel of the ground, much safer process
