I would get an accident lawyer and sue the crap out of Allstate because if the police report says their client is 100% at fault then their insurance check or payout should say the same thing. it is illegal for them to change the fault of the accident after the police report or to differ from the police report. and now because of this you can get an even fatter check making them pay for your vehicle in full and pay you for the headache that you have to go through during this whole ordeal
