Made without an oven and without an electric beater, yet it turns out so soft and stunning! Ingredients: • 2 eggs • 1 cup flour • 2/3 cup sugar • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp vanilla essence • 1/2 cup oil • 1/4 cup water or milk For Chocolate batter: • 1 tbsp cocoa powder • 1 tbsp water or milk Directions: • In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and slightly creamy. • Add vanilla essence and oil, mix well. • Add flour and baking powder, mix gently. • Add water or milk to make a smooth batter. • Divide the batter into two portions. • In one portion, add cocoa powder and 1 tbsp water/milk to make chocolate batter. • Pour this chocolate batter into a greased pan and cook in a preheated pot on low flame for 20–25 minutes. • Let it cool, then cut heart shapes using a cutter ❤️ • Now pour a layer of plain batter into a greased 6-inch pan. • Place the chocolate hearts in the center in a line. • Cover completely with remaining plain batter. • Bake again in a preheated pot on low flame for 35–40 minutes. • Let it cool, slice it… and enjoy the perfect heart surprise inside ❤️ A simple yet stunning cake to make your Eid extra special ✨ #eiddesserts #cakereel #bakingwithoutoven #hamnashappyplace #viral
