The fact that they immediately jump into over explaining themselves & put ALL the blame on a disabled woman proves enough. I don’t see a tv in that room & she definitely don’t have a cellphone AND they obviously never take her out anywhere with them So she’s been locked in that room day in ,day out with NOTHING to do except stare at a wall ALL mf day! Prisoners get treated better
