Sir here is the question im working 6 days a week how many days should I get paid .? cz according to the labour law act stating that if a person is working 5 days a week he/she will get paid for 15 days but for some1 who is working 6 days week mst get 17-18 days paid its that truth.? if its then what to do if the company does not comply with it 🤔

Do advice, I work security and its 12 hours shifts with 4 days a week or more but we only get 12 days of leave...

yoh I have never had even two days 😭😭😭😭 I work Mo-Sat, every week ,sick or rain I must be there 😔 salary way less than a minimum wage 😕 life
