It’s getting harder to fight for consistency, but I have to keep going. Around 14 days is usually where I quit. I don’t see results fast enough, I get discouraged, and I decide whatever I’m doing “isn’t working.” I’m on day 17. And no, every decision I’ve made these 17 days hasn’t been healthy or disciplined. I broke down one day and got a quesadilla from Taco Bell. I made another decision involving Little Caesars lol. But I’m not letting two decisions cancel out 17 days of trying. I’m also learning that discipline cannot just mean completely restricting myself until I finally break. I have to learn how to make better choices, enjoy things sometimes, and then keep moving instead of turning one meal into three bad days. That’s actually the part I’m trying to change. Normally I would’ve quit by now. I didn’t.
