Slice the green onions and celery. Chop the green pepper and onion. Flake the tuna into bite-sized pieces. Make the Yogurt Dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth. Assemble the Salad: Add the cooled pasta, tuna, cucumber, green onions, celery, green pepper, onion, and dill to the bowl with the dressing. Gently mix until all the ingredients are well-coated.
