@ashira.paraskevas: Life has shifted a lot over the last few years. Some of it quietly, some of it in ways I never expected. Recently I’ve been reconnecting with my mum after a long period of no contact, learning how to enjoy my own company again, healing my relationship with my body and health, and coming off medication after 5 years. I also spent time in India which cracked me open in ways I’m still integrating. For the first time in a long time, things feel like they’re starting to make sense. The biggest lesson I keep coming back to is that life isn’t linear. The messy, confusing seasons are often the ones shaping me the most. If you’re in a season of change right now, you’re not behind.
