Are ANY 911 or other emergency service operators ANY good at all? Every time I hear one of these they act like it's the first time someone has called them with an emergency or crime.

I feel like he practiced this scenario and that’s why he didn’t want to be interrupted. He was just repeating what he practiced. If he’s being interrupted constantly, then he would mess up something that he has practiced and maybe give additional information on that.

Surely the operator must have now the call was being recorded. He was speaking clearly and coherently throughout, so why did she keep on interrupting him? They should use this recording as training material for "how not" to handle a call.

What scares me is how calmly is he is. And she is keeping her cool I know that was a tough call! Also how scary is it guys that he’s supposed to be 18 (Lewis) but he looks like he’s 10-12 to me! I can not unsee that. This case was insane/scary. I hope the family gets peace

the only questions as a Call Handler should be asking. *where are you *where is the body *is anyone else at the address *can you check he is definitely dead (if not do cpr) *where is the knife *when did this happen *are you injured *do you take medication then keep the guy on the line. you are not there to interview the guy.
