It has another reason. Most of people going to work/school at the morning, when it's cold(2-7 °C, sometimes 0), needed coat. Daytime, when it has 15-20°C, they couldn't put their coats in their bags, so they just put on.

try it all year along 🤪 when its 30C 35C at summer and the concrete is burning for 3 months and then -10 at winter and everything is frozen for 4 months...😅

relatable even though I'm Hungarian. If the weather is 10+°C then I'm only wearing a t-shirt. Above 25°C I'm legit melting

Hahahaha I totally understand that feeling when you feel too warm while everyone thinks you’re crazy because it’s cold for them I’m a Hungarian living in Scotland the only season what I can’t stand here is summer because is too hot for me 😂😂I’m dying over 15 degrees 😂😂
