It stops changing If you're doing the same machines with the same weight your body basically clocks out & that's not a motivation problem, it's physiology!! Growth only happens when there's a REASON to grow Stress → Recovery → Adaptation You've already done the hard part by showing up. Now let's make sure the work actually pays off !! How long were you working out on just machines before you clocked that you needed to lift something heavy? For me it was about a year … better late than never! 😅
